- The Shifting Alpine Landscape
This cartographic investigation contributes to exploring the Alpine territory through the lens of extraction and challenging the idea of the Alps as a static landscape. The project is the result of a collaboration between Politecnico di Milano (DAStU; AUIC School), Boku University (INLA), and the Openfabric studio, and draws from a design studio experience held in the MSc in Landscape Architecture LLH at Politecnico di Milano and developed afterwards. It is a cartographic exploration exhibited at the Venice Biennale, at the Corderie dell’Arsenale, in the section Intelligens. Natural. Artificial. Collective, curated by Carlo Ratti.
